Child Safety

Introduction

At Kapshoo, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users, especially children and vulnerable individuals. We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

This policy outlines the measures we take to protect children and prevent any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

We take child safety seriously and implement the following standards:

  1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Kapshoo strictly prohibits any form of child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, or related harmful behavior. We do not allow:

  • CSAM or any content that depicts or promotes child exploitation.
  • Inappropriate interactions between adults and minors.
  • Grooming behaviors or attempts to exploit minors in any form.
  • Any content, links, or discussions that facilitate or encourage CSAE.

We actively monitor and take immediate action against any violations, including reporting offenders to appropriate authorities.

  1. User Feedback and Reporting Mechanism

We empower our users to help maintain a safe platform. Kapshoo provides an in-app reporting system where users can report:

  • Suspected cases of child exploitation.
  • Users engaging in inappropriate behavior toward minors.
  • Any content that may be harmful or illegal.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken, including content removal, user bans, and reporting to law enforcement when necessary.

  1. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Kapshoo has strict policies to detect, remove, and report CSAM:

  • We use automated detection tools and manual moderation to identify CSAM.
  • Any detected CSAM is immediately removed from our platform.
  • We report CSAM incidents to law enforcement agencies and relevant organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Users found distributing or engaging with CSAM will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.

  1. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Kapshoo complies with all child safety regulations, including:

  • U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for minors in the EU
  • Other applicable child safety laws worldwide

We take all necessary steps to ensure that children are not exposed to harmful content and that their data is handled securely in accordance with these laws.
